BUS STOP owner, designer and Philadelphia Fashion and Garment Industry Task Force member Elena Brennan expressed her concerns about COVID-19's impact on Philly's vibrant indy designer and small business community on NBC Philadelphia and discussed how we can be supported by our customers in the wake of this pandemic.

Elena is joined in the segment by Kevin Parker, Kerry Scott (Philly Fashion Week founders) and Fern Mallis (NY Fashion Week founder) who have joined forces to spearhead the Philadelphia Fashion and Garment Industry Task Force Initiative, formed just before the devastating COVID-19 shutdowns.

PFGITF's mission is to galvanize the local Philly fashion community in Philadelphia. Their online resource Support Philly Fashion encourages Philadelphians to support their local designers & retailers by bringing awareness to Philly-based designers & retailers. The initiative is fighting for the return of local production and manufacturing in Philadelphia.
